Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging; we accept both unopened products and those that have been gently tested for shade matching.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
